Quality Assurance

Our quality policy stands on two pillars: selection of the proper Arabic linguist and continuous follow-up of his/her work. Our primary aim is to ensure that our clients are perfectly satisfied with our services.
Our team of coordinators studies each project in detail and searches in our database for linguists whose mother tongue is the target language and who specialize in the technical field concerned. Once the work is delivered, our reviewing team reviews the output, or it is outsourced to an independent proofreader.

 

A typical translation process comprises the following phases:

1.
Our project manager confirms intended use and target audience, communication guidelines and production specifications with client. The project manager will supervise all phases of adaptation and production. 
2.
Assigned language team receives project brief with all key information, timelines and reference material. As needed, we conduct product training.  
3.
A native-speaking translator produces initial translation. Next, a native-speaking editor performs thorough copy editing for linguistic accuracy, technical and legal fidelity, clarity of expression, and cultural appropriateness. Last, a native-speaking technical expert reviews foreign language version as needed. Glossary research and development takes place throughout adaptation process. 
4.
Client and/or client's representative in the target market reviews and approves the foreign language copy. We incorporate any client revisions and prepare foreign language copy for production.
5.
Last phase is final quality control. For printed materials, we proof final layout, match prints, and/or perform press checks. For interactive materials, we perform beta testing. All materials are presented to client for final approval.
